The Hyppolite, Director of Photography holds a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Motion Pictures and Television from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco,California. Upon graduation Theo has achieved recognition in feature films, commercials, music videos,short films,television and web series. As a DP his goal is to create powerful images that advance the story, inflict emotion and affect the viewer on a physiological level.While treating every type of project with the same care and consideration.Theo has an eye for detail, framing, color, movement and emotion that has yielded several awards throughout the years. In 2019 alone he won 6 awards for best cinematography at notable festivals including: Indie Short Fest, Miami Independent Film Festival, IndieX Film Fest,Tracks Music Awards,Top Short and the New York Movie Awards. These projects have garnished millions of views over the years, and although Theo is proud of these accomplishments. He realizes his best work is yet to come in the ever evolving world of cinematography.

In most recent work, Theo partnered with Amazon Studios to bring the highly anticipated feature film Lipstick to screen. He’s currently shooting People's Party with Talib Kweli broadcasting on Uproxx. Theo maintains his working relationships with NFL Films throughout the year to shoot NFL football games and other sponsored content. Adding to his remarkable body of work, Theo lensed directed Dame Pierre’s You Married Dat epic comedy thriller, starring Juhahn Jones, Audra Lachelle, and Apryl Jones which was released February 17, 2022 in select theaters.
